Your position will be as follows

You start the day by going over current projects and safety plans. Together with executives and mechanics of the contractors, you discuss the planning and the most important safety measures. You monitor that everyone knows what needs to be done and that the work is carried out according to BEI guidelines. Later you are present at a project, where the LS-net is being reinforced at the neighborhood level. You supervise, perform quality checks and answer questions from colleagues, contractors or customers. You complete reports, check one last time on the status of ongoing projects and make sure your colleagues and partners are ready for the next working day.

In addition, you will also deal with:

• Monitoring several projects simultaneously;
• directing contractors;
• Preparation of work and switching plans;
• Organize the implementation in outline;
• Performing quality checks.

For this position, we require:

• A mbo 4 diploma in electrical engineering;
• BEI-WV LS and MS designations (this is a requirement);
• Experience in preparing safety plans;
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience;
• The opportunity to rotate in on-call and breakdown shifts.
