Your position will be as follows

As an office assistant, you are the indispensable link in our office. You are the person colleagues turn to when they have a burning question. Nine times out of ten, you will know the answer and if not, you will gladly look it up for them.

Your workdays are different every day. You are responsible for all administration around inflow, throughput and outflow. This includes time processing, drafting contracts, answering questions by phone and email, fleet management, absenteeism, payroll administration, general correspondence to candidates and of course mailbox management. Experience is not a requirement, but it is an advantage. The will to learn is much more important to us, of course you get the necessary guidance to continue to develop.

Besides hard work, we are a close team and there is a lot of laughter. In short, a challenging position where fast switching between office activities is important. We are looking for the office topper who can handle hectic work, can keep the overview and is energized by a varied day.

Here's what we expect from you

  • mbo+/hbo working and thinking level;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written;
  • Sufficient command of the English language;
  • You want to keep learning new things;
  • communication strong;
  • healthy dose of humor; we consider laughter an important part of the work day;
  • presentable, spontaneous, curious;
  • Service-oriented and initiative-oriented.

The ideal candidate will have an availability of at least 3 working days. As this is a key position and a pivotal role within our organization, we are only looking for a 100% match, where a good fit into the team is key. Start date for this position has not been determined. We value a quality fill rather than a quick fill of this position.
