Your position will be as follows

As an electrical contractor, you are the link between the design and execution of both large and small underground projects. You coordinate and organize the work on site, directing and motivating the executing team (subcontractors and suppliers), always with safety as the highest priority. You also monitor planning and keep a close eye on finances. You report to your supervisor when necessary, with the aim of always achieving the best result.

Safety is priority 1, working with your team to create a safe working environment;

• You direct executive colleagues, subcontractors and suppliers;
• You monitor progress and cost budget;
• You create schedules that are both achievable and challenging;
• You make sure the shifts have the right materials;
• You liaise with the client, fellow contractors, government agencies and subcontractors;
• You inform the project leader of the current status of finances, administration and the KAM (quality, working conditions and environment).

Here's what we expect from you

• You have at least MBO 4 working and thinking level;
• You have at least 1 year of experience as a contractor;
• You hold or are willing to obtain KIWA underground infratechnology contractor - energy cables;
• You have a B driving license;
• You have VCA-VOL certificate or willing to obtain this certificate;
• You recognize yourself in the following competencies: entrepreneurial, problem solver, structured, communicative and enthusiastic.
