I am a Rotterdam native born and raised in 1990 and have been working for BENK PROJECTS since 2015. I came in here as a \"rookie\" in the position of recruiter Infra. At that time we did not yet have the specialization of energy & infra. Because of our specialization within the infra market we grew quickly. I myself also joined in this growth. Thus, after a few years I was promoted to the position of regional manager energy & infra for West and Central Netherlands. Within this position I managed the team in Rotterdam. I was also still responsible for the sales activities. Something I really enjoy doing because that is the only way to know what is going on in our world. Since 2021 I have become partner \/ co-owner of BENK PROJECTS energy & infra. Hereby I am responsible for the entire division, or while our offices Rotterdam and Meppel.
\nBy now we have built up a nice club of 5 colleagues in Meppel and in Rotterdam we work with a team of 6 enthusiastic professionals. Two strong teams that work daily to realize beautiful projects within energy and infrastructure.<\/p>\n
I find it a challenge to bring supply and demand together. The nice thing about BENK PROJECTS is that you can give your own interpretation to this. You can be completely yourself, which allows you to radiate this to the outside world. This way of working feels pleasant to me because you do business in a 'pure' way. Openness and honesty are very important to me and the organization. It is also very important in which working atmosphere you achieve common \/ personal goals. The work atmosphere ensures that people stay and develop for a long time. I also try to contribute to this. The get-togethers, outings and sporting events are a great help.<\/p>\n
