In October 2022, I started my adventure as a recruitment consultant oil & gas at BENK PROJECTS. As a recent graduate of the bachelor's program Tourism Management, I threw myself into the world of recruitment and in the meantime many great results and matches have been made.
As of 2025, I have also made the challenging move to consultant oil & gas. In this role, my focus includes expanding my network, both with existing and potential clients within the oil & gas industry. In addition, I continue to search for the best candidates for our clients. Thanks to my welcoming attitude that I inherited from the tourism industry, I take a personal approach to finding the right candidates. So all in all, a super dynamic role!
In the time that I have been working at BENK PROJECTS, I can say that I have come to feel like a full member of the BENK team. There is a good balance between sociability and hard work, which makes it possible to work well together to make the best matches. There are also cool outings organized, which I am only too happy to join. Colleagues have become friends, isn't that what everyone wants?
In my spare time, I can occasionally be found on the field hockey field with my girlfriends' team in Rotterdam. I also fill my free hours with visiting festivals, discovering new countries and drinking rosés with friends on the terrace.
