With a background and passion in fashion and a genuine interest in people, I have fully found my niche in this world. Since April 2023, I have been working at BENK PROJECTS as a recruitment consultant within the energy & infra branch.
For me, success is not just in the start, but rather in the development afterwards; how someone really finds his or her place within a team, a project, a role. For I find that consultancy is more than just connecting. It is staying involved, thinking along, encouraging and taking steps together. And honestly? I think that might be the best part of my job.
What makes my job even more fun is the atmosphere within the team. The combination of a lot of fun and hard work together makes me feel at home at BENK.
In my free time, I recharge by playing lots of sports, having drinks with friends and spending time with my family. People around me give me energy, and I bring that back to work as well.
