In 2013, my adventure began at BENK PROJECTS within the office. Through mutual connections on social media we came in contact with each other. After 4,5 years working in the mediation of office staff I was looking for a challenge within the office. I found it within BENK PROJECTS. The professional appearance, the ambition to bring the company to a higher level, the nice colleagues and the freedom to organize the job myself really appealed to me.
The organization has undergone tremendous growth and development since I started, which I witnessed in all aspects. From growing in projects to professionalizing the organization and processes, I was there! Super instructive and incredibly fun as my role in the organization grew along with it. Currently I am responsible for the financial, operational and back office management within the organization.
