When I entered the entrepreneurial adventure together with John in 2010, I would not have dared to dream what we have achieved today. We have grown from an "attic room company" into a mature organization with multiple locations and have developed into specialists within the oil & gas and energy & infrastructure market. I find it tremendously cool to be working every day with this great group of people to achieve our goals. As managing director, I have ultimate responsibility for the organization and I deal with matters such as strategy, management and policy, but I must admit that I am still very happy when I can work with the team to bring in a new client or find the right professional for a project.
To relax, I get on my road bike, hit the gym and am on the soccer field three times a week to coach my son's team. I also love good food and drink (preferably in Italy) and going out with my beautiful family.
