I am a Rotterdam native born and raised in 1990 and have been working for BENK PROJECTS since 2015. I came here as a 'rookie' in the position of recruiter energy & infra and now I am active as regional manager for West- and Central Netherlands. Here I manage the energy & infra team in Rotterdam and I am responsible for the sales activities.
I find it a challenge to bring supply and demand together. The nice thing about BENK PROJECTS is that you can give your own interpretation to this. You can be completely yourself, which allows you to radiate this to the outside world. This way of working feels pleasant to me because you do business in a 'pure' way. Openness and honesty are very important to me and the organization.
