In 2018, I started as a recruitment consultant at BENK PROJECTS and found something that many people take years to do. Namely, my passion is working with people, helping each other, lots of variety and being surrounded by top colleagues. All this makes me do my job every day with a big smile!
Within BENK PROJECTS I have the role to focus on both clients and candidates in order to make the perfect match within the oil & gas. I get to do this in my own unique way which allows me to always be myself and use my strengths to the fullest. I also became lead recruitment consultant in 2023, where my focus is on recruitment within our team. This way I help new recruiters within BENK PROJECTS to further develop themselves and I am always available for questions or advice.
