The most beautiful 💚 BENK PROJECTS at NN Marathon Rotterdam

What a crazy day the NN Marathon Rotterdam was. Beautiful weather, a great atmosphere and above all a lot of sportsmanship and friendliness. Exactly what makes Rotterdam so special. With two relay teams from BENK PROJECTS we were at the start of this fantastic day. Under the team names Team BENK INF-RAKETJES and Team BENK OIL & GAS D'ROP our colleagues gave everything to cross the finish line together.

Choosing a relay really allowed us to experience this challenge together. Each runner had his own stage, but the goal was shared: to support each other and perform as a team. Along the course we were carried by the Rotterdam crowd. The energy, music and encouragement each time gave us a boost to keep going. In addition, one of our colleagues delivered an impressive performance by running the entire marathon.

What made this day extra special was the cause we did it for. Together we raised more than €3300 -, for KWF. A result we are very proud of. Not only because of the amount, but especially because of the involvement and support of everyone who donated or encouraged us.

This day shows perfectly what BENK PROJECTS stands for: cooperation, perseverance and building together something to be proud of, both on and off the work floor. We are very proud of all our colleagues who participated and of everyone who supported us.

The Rotterdam Marathon remains an event you must experience. The city, the people and the atmosphere make it special every year. Surely this remains one of the most beautiful days in Rotterdam. On to the next challenge.
