Your position will be as follows

As a multidisciplinary construction manager, you are the point of contact on the construction site. You work on industrial sites such as refineries, tank terminals or gas installations where safety, quality and cooperation are key. In the morning you go over the daily schedule with the contractors, work planners and supervisors. Afterwards, you will join the toolbox meeting, where you keep a sharp eye on work permits, safety and progress.

During the day, you will manage various disciplines, from civil to E&I, piping & mechanical to insulation and keep an overview of planning, budget and quality. You walk along on the shop floor, identify risks and are the point of contact for both execution and project management. No two days are the same. Sometimes you supervise a critical lifting operation or work out deviations in consultation with engineering, other times you bring peace and structure to a hectic phase of the project. But no matter how busy it gets: you keep the peace, keep the overview and work safely, efficiently and result-oriented.

So in short:

• You are the point of contact for both execution and project management;
• You manage various disciplines such as civil, piping & mechanical and E&I;

• A salary between EUR 7,500 and EUR 9,500 per month, depending on your experience;

Here's what we expect from you

You are an experienced construction manager with an eye for detail, overview and safety. You have multidisciplinary knowledge and know how to get different disciplines on the same page and easily switch between the shop floor and management. You feel at home in a dynamic work environment and have a strong character.

For this position, we ask:

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry;
• Demonstrated experience with multidisciplinary projects (civil, piping, E&I, STEM);
• college or wo background in engineering (mechanical, civil or electrical engineering);
• Knowledge of HSE guidelines and project-based work;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• Strong sense of responsibility and natural leadership.
