Your position will be as follows

As a recruitment consultant within our oil & gas team, you will be responsible for connecting professionals to leading clients within the oil & gas sector.
In this recruitment position, you will be concerned with:

• Actively recruit candidates through LinkedIn, our CRM system and your own network;
• Approaching specialists within the oil and gas industry;
• Conducting intake interviews with candidates;
• Building lasting customer relationships;
• Negotiate rates and terms;
• Building your own network within the oil and gas market.

You work in a commercial role where you determine your own success.

Here's what we expect from you

For this recruitment consultant vacancy we are looking for a commercial and energetic professional with:

• mbo or hbo working and thinking level;
• Good command of the Dutch language;
• interest in the oil and gas sector;
• entrepreneurial mentality and commercial drive;
• Guts to actively approach candidates and clients.

Experience as a recruiter or recruitment consultant is a plus, but motivation and ambition are more important to us.
