Your position will be as follows

Friday morning—the last day of the week—has arrived. You quickly make yourself a cup of coffee, because the team meeting starts in 10 minutes. During the meeting, we go over the interesting candidates we’ve spoken with this week and the job openings we’ve been focusing on. Yesterday, you started a search for a project manager. You tapped into your own network, used LinkedIn, and made calls through our CRM system. You get a boost of energy from calling interesting candidates and then bringing them in for an interview. During lunch, you show off your best soccer or pool skills—or maybe today you’d rather go for a walk?

After lunch, the first item on the agenda is a meeting with an employee who has been working through BENK PROJECTS OCE for some time. You’ll discuss how things are going, what his ambitions are, and what next step he wants to take in his career. Together, you’ll explore the possibilities and how BENK PROJECTS OCE can support him in achieving them. Then you get in the car and head to your appointment in Botlek. One of your employees has just started working on a new and interesting project there. Back at the office, you quickly polish up the resume of that project manager you spoke with yesterday. He’s coming in for an intake interview on Monday—that’s how fast things can move! You finish the resume, just in time for Friday afternoon drinks with the rest of your colleagues at BENK PROJECTS OCE.

For this recruitment consultant vacancy we are looking for a commercial and energetic professional with:

• mbo or hbo working and thinking level;
• A good command of Dutch and English is preferred;
• an interest in people, their aspirations, and making the right match;
• entrepreneurial mentality and commercial drive;
• the courage to actively reach out to candidates.

No experience is necessary. In fact, many of our recruiters came from completely different industries themselves. If you’re curious, a natural at connecting with people, eager to learn, and have a healthy dose of self-confidence, we’ll make sure you master the rest.
