work planner

underground infrastructure

Your position will be as follows

As a work planner in underground infrastructure, your day starts with an overview. You open your laptop, check incoming orders and assess what needs to be picked up immediately. You ensure that everything is tightly scheduled and nothing is overlooked. This is how you lay the foundation for a streamlined progression of each project. Soon your colleagues are on the line: clients, municipalities and other parties involved. You know exactly who to call and when to get clarity or make decisions. Clear communication is your strength, and you build trust by keeping agreements. During the morning you dive into the systems (DSP, 4PS, GMF) where you carefully process all data. Together with your colleagues from IT you make sure everything is correct. Then it's time for consultations. You join executives, chief executives and project leaders to discuss planning, risks and approach. Together you make sure everything runs smoothly. In the afternoon you focus on the substantive preparation. You draw up H&S plans and quality plans, analyze risks and work on time schedules. You arrange permits, set up the right traffic measures and ensure that all necessary documents are complete. You have an eye for detail as well as for safety. Then you put together work packages, check stock and order materials where necessary. At the end of the day, you support the supervisors with reports on progress: production, personnel, materials and subcontractors. Everything clear, everything under control. No two days are the same, but one thing is certain: you are prepared. As a work planner infrastructure, you are indispensable in the process.
