An absolute addition this year was the exhibition match to conclude the tournament. Four top players entered the court, Nicolas van Betuw and Yannick Verwater against Julio Pulido Alegre and Tygho Schoonus.
For many attendees, it was special to experience this level up close. The top padellers made it not just a competition, but really a show which made for a perfect ending to a sporting day.
After this impressive match it remained pleasantly busy during the subsequent networking drinks. While during the day there was a fanatical battle for points and the beautiful first prize, in the evening the focus was on catching up and looking ahead. Old acquaintances met again, new contacts were made and ideas for future collaborations were discussed. And that is what BENK of the court is all about: connecting, strengthening and looking ahead. In a setting that gives energy (and infra 😉 ).
With two successful editions behind us, we can say with conviction that BENK of the court will have a permanent place on our calendar. The combination of sports, networking and bringing industry peers together is proving to be a powerful formula.
We would like to thank everyone who attended. It is great to see how much involvement and enthusiasm there is within our network. Familiar and new faces made this day a success.
Curious about the mood of the day? Then take a look at here the aftermovie and get a good impression of this successful edition. The energy, sportsmanship and sociability speak for themselves.
