Your position will be as follows

You step into the office in the morning, greet your colleagues and get a cup of coffee first thing. While still listening in with half an ear to strong stories about the weekend, you quietly start up your laptop. You start the day by checking your e-mail - are there any important matters that have priority today? Soon it appears that an update is needed in the financial progress report of an ongoing project. No problem, you pick it up immediately, because the implementation must of course be able to rely on the correct data.

As a work planner, you are the one who arranges everything before it actually happens outside - and after. You are responsible for preparing, budgeting and supporting project execution within the agreed schedule. This includes projects within electricity, gas and water. You ensure that everything is right: from permit applications to ordering materials and equipment. You are also responsible for entering production, drawing up traffic plans and processing additional and less work.

Fortunately, you are not alone. You work closely with the project manager and the implementation teams. Together, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. The inspection of projects? You pick it up. The transfer to execution? You take care of it. Aftercare? Is also on your list. You are the central point of contact and know exactly what's going on - both inside and outside. And that's what makes your role so versatile and varied.

In addition, you will also deal with:

- Coordinating, planning and organizing projects within electric/gas/water;

- Maintaining warm contacts with our clients;

- Collaborate with executives and technical administrative staff within the execution team.

Here's what we expect from you

What really matters to us is you as a person. You are someone who knows how to keep an overview, even when there is a lot going on at once. Keeping several balls in the air? No problem for you. You work accurately, don't forget anything and are always service-oriented. You know the right balance between commercial thinking and building a good, strategic relationship with the customer.

We are looking for someone who learns quickly and can therefore quickly start working independently. It would be nice if you already have some experience in a similar position within the underground infrastructure, for example with a contractor or a network operator.

In short: you are the linchpin who provides structure, thinks ahead and switches smoothly between all parties involved.

In addition, we believe it is important that:

• You have at least MBO+ working and thinking level;
• You preferably have an appropriate technical college education;
• You have computer skills (Office, MS Projects) ;
• You have VCA basic or VOL certification;
• You have great problem-solving skills and are stress-resistant;
• You are enterprising and accurate, flexible, creative and nicely driven;
• You are communicative in both word and writing.
