Youri and five years of BENK

It's hard to believe that over five years ago my adventure at BENK PROJECTS began. On the one hand, it feels like yesterday because time flies when you're having a good time! On the other hand, it feels like ten+ years considering every day feels like coming home. 

What began as an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established company has turned into an incredible journey of personal and professional growth. From day one, I was warmly welcomed by the team at BENK PROJECTS. The culture here is one of collaboration and support, which allowed me to quickly find my way. I was given the opportunity and time to learn quite a bit about the oil & gas world, because being able to talk with customers, employees and other conversation partners on a level is crucial. This has ensured that I have made great strides personally and now serve as lead recruitment consultant.

Besides personal and professional growth, there is also enough room within BENK PROJECTS to have fun together. Four times a year we have a quarterly meeting with fun activities and at the end of the year there is a gala dinner including partners. But the real highlights are the team building trips abroad! This year we went to Madrid and this was another unforgettable weekend. Besides partying and going crazy together, there are always unique activities planned. From horseback riding through the mountains and canoeing on a lake, to paragliding, sailing and jet skiing. But what actually makes it really special is the group we have. I have never experienced a team as close and fun as this anywhere.

In short, BENK PROJECTS is an employer that I am proud to tell people around me about and I look forward to all the great times I will have here.
