A combi is a partnership of utilities and grid operators working in the social interest. The utility companies and network operators combine and coordinate infrastructure work. The goal is to lay cables and pipelines in a single course of work. The combis are the clients' advisor, supervisor and coordinator for the combined laying of cables and pipelines throughout the entire process from plan phase to completion.

Within the combi SION, I have been area manager since the summer of 2019. My main task is to create conditions, enabling the combi project managers to do their work better which leads to satisfied customers. Together with two colleagues and our combi manager, we form the MT. Our goal is to further professionalize the combi SION. Examples include improving client satisfaction, clear work processes, unambiguous cooperation contracts with clients and contractors, and improving cooperation on a strategic level with stakeholders.
From the partnership between the combi SION and BENK PROJECTS, I came in contact with Adriaan. He listens, gives feedback and most of all thinks along with me in solving my challenges. This goes beyond providing the staffing. He puts me in touch with other people in his network who can help me further. The market changes so quickly that yesterday's solution sometimes doesn't fit tomorrow. This makes BENK PROJECTS a down-to-earth and practical player in our niche market!

I have been employed by BENK PROJECTS since 2015 and work as a combi project leader for the Flevoland area at combi SION, where I really enjoy it. In my role, together with a regular contractor and the grid operators Vitens & Alliander, I am working on the customer satisfaction of our clients. We do this by delivering the registered projects via aansluitingen.nl on time and to the right quality.
